K-6 Registration

Families new to SJAS can simply fill out this form and mail it or drop it off at the SJAS Office.

Priority registration is given first to current SJAS families, second to SJAS corporate parishioners (St. John's, St. Patrick's, Sts. Peter and Paul, St. Elizabeth, St. Louis Bertrand, St. Joseph, and St. Lawrence), third to parishioners of other area Catholic parishes, and finally to residents in the greater Foley area who do not currently attend SJAS or belong to member parishes.  

Current SJAS families are not asked to register each year- instead they are asked to complete an intent form expressing their desire to return to SJAS for the upcoming school year.
